In every organization, there are many laid down programs or schemes of work that the organization recognizes as authentic and which should be recognized by all the members of the organization. Feca Nigeria has her programs, that she recognizes at the national level.

The following are the programs that are recognized by Fecaites at the national level:

1. Financial Summit

This is a program which is geared towards teaching and empowering Fecaites on all the issues that concerns money. The aim of this program is that by the end of the tenure, there would be an immense increase in the financial status of the chapter, chapter, zone, and also in the lives of the individual Fecaites.

Financial summits are normally witnessed by the presence of the national leaders of Feca Nigeria, who would visit some of the chapters, and lead the preaching session of the day (this varies in most cases). Read about the recap of  FECA Calabar's Financial Summit.

2. New Nigeria Project

This program is aimed at raising and releasing Nation builders in every sphere of life. TheNew Nigeria Project has been going on for years and what is being done during this program is to generally unite Nigerians and make Nigeria a better place to stay. The program is "a platform setup to bring Nigerians of like minds together to cause positive changes". It is usually organized yearly. 

3. National Prayer Week

This is a program in FECA Nigeria that is aimed at praying for the nation, Nigeria. It spans for a period of five to seven days and all across the chapters in FECA, prayers are made for the country, Nigeria. See the National prayer week theme of 2021. 

4. Save Generation Next (SGN)

"The program is recognized nationally across all chapters and it spans through a period of two or three days (or more). This program is one of the initiatives that FECAites adopt in reaching out to little children and young adults (in primary schools), give them gifts and share the Gospel to them. During the program, things like simple Bible quiz competition, Draw your Sword, reading competition, Current affairs etc are scheduled in the program to make it very interesting for the young ones and at the end of the session, there would be git given to the brillliant ones who answered questions correctly."

The puropse of Save Generation Next is to help children and all the little ones who are in secondary schools to find their place in Christ, and also to create a good foundation for the little children.

5. Spread

Feca Nigeria Spread is aimed at soul winning. It is basically, about evangelism. It is also about reaching out to people in schools and streets. Spread is sister to Outreaches in FECA Nigeria.

6, Role Models

This program is aimed at preparing the young men for effective fatherhood and to take full responsibility for their lives and destiny. It is the forum for the Brothers in FECA all over the nation. In the 2020-2022 tenure, the dominant term that has been in the program for the brothers is "Soldier." This is evident in the release of quarterly focus, which has been all about soldiers. 7. Regional Convention

Feca Nigeria regional convention is a biannual gathering of FECAites and leaders nationwide, with a focus on the word of God, prayer and Fellowship. Read the history of Eastern Regional Convention since 1995. 

8. National Convention

FECA Nigeria National Convention is a biannual program that sees the gathering of all FECAites in  Nigeria and all over the nation with the aim of fellowship, prayer and word of God. National Conventions are worth preparing for and you can learn how to prepare for conventions so that you will not  be taken unawares

9. Mission Training and Discipleship

The aim of this program is to effect outreaches and growth in the various chapters and zones in Feca Nigeria. This is done through effective evangelism and training with practical discipleship. The training will create in the minds of Fecaites, the understanding of the dynamics of evangelism and how to follow up new converts.

10. Oaks of Righteousness

The purpose of this program is to create a spiritual-emotional-physical balance in the lives of female FECAites so as to make for a complete and whole person not lacking in any of these areas. This is done so that they can love God, focus on their purpose, understand their possibilities and abilities, and their role in building a good home and society.

11. National leadership training (NLT)

National leadership training comes every year, usually around November or December. Sometimes it can fall on January. The essence of the program is to equip the newly elected leaders with leadership skills that will see them throughout the two years they'll be in office.

12. National leadership retreat.

This is the second part of the above whereby FECAites from all over the country gather to have a good time in the Lord's presence. What they do is that they have a retreat, that is, a timeout with and for the Lord. This is also known as revival. Because the program is meant to revive the zeal to serve the Lord. Again. Both members and leaders are meant to attend National leadership retreat.
