What are the roles of a FECA Chapter?

A FECA chapter is a topic that has been treated in a previous post, and in that post, the topic was extensively discussed. However, there are more points to add to it. And in this post, we are going to be looking at the functions or roles of a FECA chapter.
The chapter performs most of the roles that help to shapen an individual and then, turn that individual into the responsible person who would contribute meaningfully to the general growth of the chapter and to the society. People's lives have changed dramatically because of the things that they learn in FECA and they have taken to the social media, websites and magazines to publish the turn-around tales of their lives. Most of them are now doing well in the society and in Africa at large. For instance, Mrs West, who was a one time National Vice President of FECA Nigeria.
Chapter fellowships are meant to operate within a zone, and they are to serve as spiritual umbrella for the members. According to the previous post, where I mentioned that the "...Chapter is where the first-timers or Freshers are "initiated" into FECA through what is known as Freshers banquet. It is the responsibility of the Chapter to see that the first timer, or Fresher is taught the tenets of FECA through the Foundation Bible School, and also to make sure that the individual is baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of Speaking in tongues, because FECAites are people that pray in tongues often. Always."
Because of the many tasks that a chapter is faced with, we are going to be looking at a few of them, but the main roles though. It is the responsibility of the chapter to ensure that all members who are graduating from all Federal Government Colleges and State schools living within their zones are immediately co-opted into the fellowship, followed up and encouraged to continue in the faith and service to God. The chapters should also ensure that graduate/school leavers from other schools (private secondary schools and others) are reached out to and co-opted into the fellowship.
Also, it is the responsibility of the chapter to visit and encourage the brethren/members who are still in the Federal Government Colleges and other shools, and then build them up in the faith. Meanwhile, the chapter should also reach out to all the youths within their zones and introduce them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and ensure that they are properly established in the faith.
