"Dear leader and my aspiring leaders,

PS: If you will be effective in leadership tomorrow, be an effective learner today. Any day you run out of the right knowledge on what to do in challenging situations and on how to deal with issues within your team, you will definitely run out relevance and of course gradually loose your followers and team members.

What's the message?

To be an effective leader, give yourself to learning, learn to listen, even to your team members, please, listen to them.You cannot be effective in your leadership journey, if you are not willing to learn and relearn. You want to be a better leader, yet you still uphold your ancient mindset of what leadership is, that is the reason for your struggle.

This is approximately 10 years in my leadership journey, actively leading young people and I can tell you categorically that I have learnt a whole lot and have improved through the power of learning.The truth is that you can actually learn for any one; either from your followers, your colleagues and your superiors.That you are the leader doesn't mean you know everything.Be humble as much as you are bold and courageous and learn. "
