According to the report from FECA Nigeria media team, the move of God all through the tenure has been one of great impact, starting from inception, to this point where the National Leaders are preparing to hand over to the next generation of national leaders. 

In a statement by the National leaders, "The move of God for every season is geared towards a goal. Till the goal is met, lessons, training and pruning etc., from the framework of the persons [must take place]. Because God is deliberate about the processes, He always seeks to acquaint his children with his dealings and desires per time. 

"As a body, throughout this tenure, God who is always good and intentional in raising sons has led us through several pieces of training that are shaping us into his intent. Over the past 2 years, we have journeyed through life defining moments from National Leadership Training, Abide 2021 in Abuja where the foundation of our work with God was laid; staying with his presence till he is formed in us through the various Regional conventions in 2021 [Eastern Regional Convention themed: DOMINION; Western Regional Convention, themed: MANIFESTATION; North-Eastern Regional Convention themed: Light;  and North-Western Regional Convention, themed: Kingdom Advancement] and to the just concluded National Leadership Retreat, Abia 2022 themed EARNESTLY CONTENDING; all for the faith, which we received in present day society. 

"And now, with gladness in our hearts, we approach the end of a phase, soldiers who have fought and remain to stand, we anticipate, the 14th National Convention themed, OVERCOMERS! 

"This is our victory, Christ has overcome and by our staying (Abiding) and refusal to get dragged by the level of immaturity of society, we are OVERCOMERS!."

The National president, Mr. Edem Samuel mentioned during a closing speech that his first National Convention was in 2010 and it was in Lagos. That was when he attended his very first convention in FECA and he wants to end his service in FECA as an over-comer in the same Lagos State, Nigeria. 

According to the National President, Mr. Edem Samuel, the convention is going to be a levy-free convention. That means FECAites are not going to pay subvention for the convention. All they have to do is to transport their chapters to the convention venue, which is in Lagos.  Subvention is usually the amount of money that each FECA chapter/zone is mandated to pay for any convention (National or Regional). For instance, if Lagos Zone is hosting National convention, they will pay a particular amount of money for the purpose of supporting the convention. All the other zones must do the  same. And, the subvention of each zone and chapter differs greatly. If Lagos zone is hosting the convention for instance, their subvention will be lower compared to the subvention of Anambra Zone. There is no particular measuring rod for the amount of money that each zone should pay because zonal strength and financial biceps differs.

The news of the subvention-free convention received a tumultuous applause from FECAites and it was a huge motivation to most of the Chapters.  FECAites are ready to go the convention. 

There is a call for sponsorship of the 14th National Convention of FECA Nigeria and it is going to be a huge blessing that individuals are given the opportunity to participate in the financial aspect of the convention because there is blessing in giving.
