 Yes. FECA Nigeria is holding her National Leadership Training in 2021.

What is the theme of the program?
The theme of the National Leadership Training is "ABIDE", it is taken from the book of Mark 3:14 and John 15:4-7.

Is the training compulsory for every leader in FECA Nigeria?
Yes it is. Every leader must ensure he or she attends the program in 2021.

Where is the program going to hold?

Are we expected to pay money for the training?
In every chapter, you are expected to pay some money for the training. so prepare financially as well as prayerfully.

Can non-leaders in a chapter attend the National Leadership Training as well?
Sure. National Leadership Training is not strictly for the constitutional and non-constitutional leaders in the chapter. Members can also attend the program and be blessed tremendously.

There are many National leadership training that have happened over the years, in FECA. The National Leadership Training is the first training that is given to the newly elected executives. Let's say, after the national convention, where new national leaders are elected, the next national program is the National Leadership Training. IT is here that FECAites receive their Office Tags, several training sessions, and seminars that will equip them with the necessary knowledge and the zeal to lead their chapters to greater height. This training can also features FECA Prays, and Congress Session.
it is also worth noting that anyone can attend national leadership training because the member today is a potential leader tomorrow.
