In many of the Regional Conventions that are being held in FECA Nigeria, the Regional executives sometimes do  give a welcome charge or address. They do this in either of the following two ways: the one done in the paper/program and the charge done on the Convention ground.

In the year 2021, the Regional Coordinator, Mr. Nlemedim Ugo Stephen and the Regional Secretary, Miss Okoli Uche Faith  gave the welcome charge thus:

"Greetings to you, on this ground of encounters, equipping and sending forth. We encourage that you open up your hearts to recieve from God of all he has for us on this camp ground.

"The matter of Dominion is so dear in God's heart, and he is ready and willing to glorify himself in any of us who is willing and ready to take this journey with him. 

"On this ground, God is set to reveal himself to us, reveal who we really are, reveal the purpose of our existence, and equip us to go and fulfill it. Thus Dominion Convention is here to align our lives back to the purpose of God for the earth and humanity, and if you and I can be aligned to this, then we are living in God's will, which is the most important thing. And as such, we carry out, "Thy Kingdom Come, thy will be done" on the earth, as we carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

"Once again, we welcome you to Dominion Convention 2021. Stay thirsty. Stay Focussed. Be sensitive and make sure you don't go home the same. Apprehend your next 50 years in this camp.

"We wish you all a great time in camp. You are blessed!"
