Nigerian sensation Rema has unveiled a new track titled “Kelebu,” marking his third release in 2025. He continues to tour globally, following standout performances at Coachella, Madison Square Garden, and London’s O2. He released “Kelebu,” his third single of 2025 following “Baby (Is It a Crime)” and “Bout U.” In a Pitchfork interview, he shared how his early musical exposure—dancing to Caribbean and Francophone bounces at school parties—has shaped his present creative vision.

The official music video for "Kelebu" features dynamic visuals and guest appearances from Nasty C and Odumodublvck, infusing the track with pan-African flair . It’s a high-energy visual spectacle, showcasing standout choreography, vibrant color palettes, and seamless performance sequences.

Musically, “Kelebu” is an upbeat Afro-pop banger with swelling rhythms, catchy hooks, and layered vocals—tailored for both dance floors and streaming playlists. Rema’s lyrics and delivery bring a nostalgic yet fresh energy that channels his childhood love for rhythm-driven music, regardless of language .

As Rema nears the end of his tour in support of the album Heis, which featured his acclaimed single Ozeba (No. 63 on No. 63 on Pitchfork’s 100 best songs of 2024 ), “Kelebu” reinforces his dominance in contemporary Afro-pop . The track continues to build his global footprint, blending infectious beats with continental collaboration
