Brothers Forum is one of the most vital forums in FECA Nigeria because of what it offers to the brothers. This is a forum that comprises of all the men, guys, and young boys in the chapter. The forum is geared towards raising men who are strong mentally, emotionally balanced, spiritually sound and socially friendly. They are able to adapt to situations that confront them, they are able to weather the storms of life, (e.g being a man in a harsh world), and carry out duties befitting a man. Brothers Forum is also the forum in FECA Nigeria that equips the younger generation of young people with skills, and vocations that will be helpful to them especially concerning finance, frugality and spirituality. Besides, the Brothers Forum is meant to help student brothers to manage their time wisely, and to be able to open up to fellow brothers concerning pressing issues in their lives as per when they are new in the University environment. 

Who leads the Brothers Forum?

Brothers Forum is usually led by a Brothers Coordinator. In some places, it is led by the External Coordinator of the chapter. A case where it is led by the External Coordinator is when there is no provision for the office of the Brothers Coordinator (yet). Thus, when there is no Brothers Coordinator, the External Coordinator is in charge of the Brothers because the office of the External Coordinator is a Constitutional Office. (This means that it will always be available because it is one of the eight "permanent seats", so to say).

The Brothers Coordinator answers to the External Coordinator in a chapter and they both answer to the National External Coordinator. Simply put, the National External Coordinator is in charge of all the brothers in FEC Nigeria, while the chapter External Coordinators are next in hierarchy, and then the Brothers Coordinators.

What do Brothers do in their Brothers Forum?

In FECA Nigeria Brothers Forum, special attention is being paid to the spiritual growth of the Brothers. This is because, most brothers care less about spiritual growth and they care more about how to make money. For this reason, strategies, seminars, symposiums, and workshops on how to make money are exposed to these brothers with emphasis on the need to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these other things shall be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). 

In the Brothers Forum, there is also the need to build lasting relationship with each other, and the Sisters in the chapter. In fact, with everybody. Because the Bible admonishes to live peaceably with all men as much as depends on us. This is done so that love will have free course amongst the children of God. Another word for this is bonding.  This is achieved thorough excursions, field trips, movie nights, prayer meetings, all night prayer meetings, retreats, House to House fellowships, House retreats,.games competitions, football matches with other chapters in the area and other fellowships, cookouts, hangouts, workout sessions, relationship talks and programs, and other things!

Do Brother  Forum have a Calendar?

Brother Forum usually runs with a quarter Them. This is a three-months theme that is usually sent across from the National External Coordinator to all the chapters.
