Vision is God's plan and purpose for you. The reason for your existence. It is your ministry.

When I say ministry, it doesn't just refer to pulpit duties, it could be any sphere of life that God has called you towards. 

 

Your vision gives stability to your life. This stability changes the way you view life.

It changes your approach towards life. You don't just live life a day at a time anymore, you live life purposefully. The fact that you have something to pursue, gives you a drive.

Working hard even becomes an effortless task.

 

Vision also brings your life to focus. Others might be suceeding in what they are doing but it won't matter to you because you have a particular spot you are aiming for. You life will be so focused that even your subconscious won't want less than you deserve

 

Your natural qualifications or a lack of won't stop God from using you to fulfil purpose.God will always call you in your

weakness so that you can rely on his

strength for his assignment (Bishop David O. Oyedepo).

 

Vision is such an exceptional thing that when given,it will surely be brought to fruition if the needed work is done. Vision comes from God and with it come peace and tranquility. A vision from another angle brings nothing but strife.

You could have a personal purpose and vision that doesn't include God;but it will never last.

God's plan for you might take a while to come into play but it surely will;it won't tarry. (Habakkuk 2:1-4).

 

Vision is a very important aspect of life that should never be neglected;VISION MAKES A MAN. You cannot hope to live a life void of vision;it doesn't work that way.

VISION is a very intrinsic part of a believer because without a purpose,we would be like walking deads. Just existing and never actually living.  

PROVERBS 29:18

 

But to access your vision,you have to travail on the altar of prayers. Prayer is the platform where God reveals our visions. God doesn't keep our purpose to himself; He is willing to share it but only if we are willing to ask him for it.

He would never force you to do anything ;which is why he is the custodian of visions and only shows those who are purpose-driven. JEREMIAH 33:3

 

However, we need to be careful when accessing vision. You need to take a quick step back in order to ascertain the authenticity of that Vision. The devil could plant something in your head and make it seem like your vision. He tried that with Jesus,You are not too big for him. So ,in order to get an accurate vision,you have to get scriptural backings for such .In so doing,you won't be led astray . Also ,ask God for the outline of your vision (The how,why,when ,where etc question)

 

However,if you don't understand your vision ( who you are in redemption,abuse is inevitable). Same goes with a son that doesn't know his right, people will look down and degrade that individual.

 

 

NB:.

“For the vision is for an appointed

time.”

Every phase in ministry has its

timing. If you miss out on the timing,

you miss out on God. And when God is

not with you, sweat results. It appears

as if you were not called by God.

 

Furthermore,just like nothing moves until you apply force to it,same goes with Vision;if you don't work with a vision you've been given,it will remain stagnant. A vision can never run on it's own, there's gotta be a push from you.And until you realize this and do the needful,your situation will remain the same regardless of your endless prayers(Remember that Faith without work is dead)
