Roles of the National Vice President in FECA?

  • The National Vice president is the second in rank in the ladder/hierarchy of FECA leadership. The National Vice president can be a male or a female person. But for many years, FECA National vice president has been ladies.

    The National Vice President is responsible for the following functions: 



    i. He or she shall advice and assists the National President in all functions.



    ii. She shall represent the National President in his absence.



    iii. She shall in addition to the above, perform all other such functions as are incidental to his office.



    iv. She shall be responsible to the National President and NEC.



    Sometimes, it is the National Vice President that is in charge of the Sisters Forum in FECA. For instance, in National Leadership Retreats and National Leadership Training, one would find that the National Vice Presidet takes care of the forum and the National External Coordinator takes care of the Brothers Forum.
