Many people read books and plenty other wonderful materials on leadership, not just for the sake of reading or to have fun, but because they want to hone their leadership skills. Sometimes, leadership summits are held in FECA Nigeria chapters to help a wider range of people on their leadership skills. This is because everyone is a potential leader in FECA. In fact, FECA is a breeding ground for leaders.

Leadership summit was held in one of the chapters in FECA Nigeria on Sunday, at Orji chapter to be precise, and here is a recap of the lessons learned. This information was made known to the public by the media Coordinator of the chapter.

"Leadership is primarily about people. There is no leadership without a leader and a people. Leadership is taking people from where they are to where they ought to be. Leadership is service to men. You can't lead people you do not love and serving people doesn't mean that you are weak.

HOW TO SERVE PEOPLE?

* By being a spiritual covering over them (INTERCESSIONS). This is where you watch over their souls. Luke 22:31,Heb13:7.

* Telling them the truth at all times.(1tim 4:1-6)

* Growing them spiritually by teaching and praying for them.(1pet 5:2). Prayer Lord, give me a heart to love your people."
