Chapter congresses comprise of all the executive members of the chapter as well as all the General Coordinators of the chapter. The executives include offices such as the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Prayer Secretary, Financial Secretary, Outreach Coordinator, External Coordinator and Assistant General Secretary. On the other hand, the General Coordinators are the unit heads and their assistants such as the Technical Coordinator, Music coordinator, Drama coordinator, Library Officer, Welfare Coordinator, Ushering Coordinator, Dance, leader, Followup Coordinator, Ladies Coordinator, Gents Coordinator, etc. These individuals are mandated to attend a chapter Congress and the decision arrived at in a chapter Congress shall be binding on all members of that chapter. Usually, chapter Congress meetings are held at least once in a quarter and nothing prevents the calling of more congress meetings in cases of emergencies and the Congress meeting is always presided by the chapter president or his accredited representative either of whom is addressed as the Moderator.
