Graduating from UNN—home to FECA Nsukka since 1998—Chukwumaobi reflects: "I wonder what I would have been without FECA. Because it was where I officially got saved." This divine encounter marked a radical shift, costing him old friendships yet birthing eternal bonds: "I met the most amazing people in the whole world: FECAites." Like Ugwu Joy Chinemerem's void-filling Freshers Banquet invitation or Miracle Onyebuchim's potential-unleashing platform, FECA provided unpressured formation amid campus bustle, where outreach-focused weekly meetings, Sisters' forums, and Spread invasions countered secular drifts the Calabar founders combated during the post-1990.

In this fertile soil, Chukwumaobi unearthed his calling: "In FECA, I discovered good Christian music. I personally believe that a good percentage of the contemporary gospel music at that time came from me and Dubi's." FECA Nsukka's creative ecosystem—drama skits, keyboard worship sessions like Ephraim Hosanna witnessed, music Gencos—became his launchpad.
