Mrs. Joy Nwokedi (née Onodu), residing in Enugu, attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), where she actively served in FECA Nsukka as a student, immersing herself in its vibrant community of faith and fellowship. Post-graduation, she continued her commitment in the FECA Enugu zone, taking on various roles, with one standout position being Financial Secretary during the 2016-2018 tenure—managing budgets, ensuring transparency in finances, and supporting zone-wide events that strengthened alumni ties.

Initially, Joy found FECA Nsukka challenging as it differed from her prior experiences, leading her to distance herself at first. Yet, an irresistible pull—later identified as profound love—drew her back irresistibly, teaching her maturity, authentic friendship, and deeper relational skills. Today, FECA remains her cherished family, and she proudly declares herself a lifelong FECAite, with her story evolving beautifully.
