Roles of the Zonal Secretary in FECA Nigeria?

The Zonal Secretary, unlike the Zonal Coordinator, is a different office entirely in FECA. The Zonal secretary is often seen as the one that does most of the secretarial duties in the Zone. The Zonal secretary could be a male or a female individual and often, the stipulated tenure for service is 2 years.
According to the cosntitution of FECA, there are roles that the Zonal Secretary must play in order for the Zone to grow/move steadily towards the vision of FECA, and these roles include the following:
- He or she chall assist the Zonal Coordinator in all matters that affect the zone.
- He or she shall keep the record of all zonal activities and meetings
- The zonal secretary shall be responsible for the safe keeping of the zonal funds
- He or she shall always prepare
- and submit a quarterly congress report, such as s a financial report of all the chapters in his or her zone to the Regional secretariat.
- Lastly, the zonal secretary shall answer to the regional executives and the National executives.
