The National Outreach Coordinator in FECA Nigeria is the person that is elected into office to handle the evangelism aspect of FECA. He is the one that drafts the plan for the New Nigeria Project, and Back to School project. 

According to the constitution of FECA Nigeria, the National Outreach Coordinator shall perform the following duties:

(i) He shall be the leader of the Evangelism wing

(ii) He shall be the chairman of the outreach committee.

(iii) He shall be responsible for the planning and execution of all evangelistic programs of FECA

(iv) He shall keep all records and directory of all members of his chapter.

(v) He shall be in charge of following up of the fellowship converts.

(vi) He shall be the leader of the follow-up team.

(vii) He shall be responsible to the Chapter President, Zonal, Regional and National Executive Council.
