When discussing FECA Nigeria, omitting PapaDee feels incomplete—he stands as one of the earliest and most sacrificial leaders, deeply intertwined with its founding vision of redeeming the desolation of our land and generation. His unwavering commitment shines through his consistent presence at National Conventions, where he frequently ministers, sharing profound insights that stir souls and reinforce the organization's core mission. Known affectionately as PapaDee by FECAites nationwide, his full name is Mr. Adeolu Ogunnubi, a title earned through decades of selfless service that has shaped generations within this vibrant Christian fellowship.

PapaDee is a seasoned preacher of the Gospel of salvation, emphasizing redemption and holy living in a world fraught with moral compromise. As a renowned relationship coach, he guides countless young people—many FECAites—through the complexities of godly marriages, family dynamics, and personal integrity, drawing from biblical principles to foster lasting unions that reflect Christ's love. He also excels as a conference speaker, captivating audiences at events across Nigeria with messages that blend scriptural depth, practical wisdom, and prophetic fire, often leaving attendees transformed and equipped for kingdom impact. His influence extends beyond pulpits; he founded Parakletos Ministries International (PMI), a platform dedicated to discipleship, leadership training, and holistic ministry that mirrors FECA's outreach ethos, nurturing believers to become "soldiers for Christ" capable of taking cities for the Kingdom.

A pivotal figure in FECA's history, PapaDee served as the third National President from 1998 to 2000, steering the young association through formative years with visionary leadership that solidified its structure and expanded its reach. During his tenure, he helped transition FECA from its letter-writing origins among the ten Calabar girls into a nationwide movement, registering it properly with the Corporate Affairs Commission and inspiring chapters in cities like Port Harcourt, Benin, Enugu, Lagos, and beyond. He was also the inaugural National Coordinator of the FECA Forum of Senior Members (FECAFOSM), a body of elder statesmen who mentor younger leaders, ensuring continuity and wisdom transfer—much like the biblical model of Timothy and Paul. Today, he continues as a member of FECA Nigeria's Board of Trustees, safeguarding the vision while advocating for excellence in every chapter, zone, and region. Stories abound of his sacrifices: long travels to conventions, personal funding of outreaches, and intercessory prayers that birthed breakthroughs, embodying the pioneering spirit of founders like Dr. Edak Ezeanosike and Mummy Folashade.

Professionally, PapaDee has demonstrated versatility and excellence, serving as Admin and HR Director at Digits Sound Solutions, where he managed teams and operations with Christ-centered efficiency. He also headed projects at Chrio Foundations, applying his administrative prowess to faith-based initiatives that empowered communities. These roles honed his skills in organization, people management, and strategic planning—qualities he pours into FECA, training executives from Papae and Mamae at chapter levels to national leaders during biennial conventions like the transformative 2014 "Exceeding Grace" gathering.

On the home front, PapaDee is happily married to Oreofa Ogunnubi, a union that exemplifies the fruitful marriages he coaches others toward. Together, they raise children who are being groomed in the fear of the Lord, active participants in FECA's legacy of family-integrated faith. Their family photo captures this joy—a testament to balanced living amid ministry demands. FECAites often celebrate their milestones, from wedding anniversaries to birthdays, flooding social media with gratitude for their stabilizing influence.

Why connect with PapaDee? In an era where youthful zeal needs seasoned guidance, he bridges generations, offering mentorship that turns "feeble men into city-takers."
