Today, FECA Ogunu Chapter rejoices and calls on the general public to celebrate with them. A detailed post made by one of the members of the chapter, reads thus:

  "It was a trying 6 monhts for us as a chapter as we were faced with the challenge of getting a venue; we could not gather physically, all moves and hopes to get a venue by Churches were disapproved, our letters  declined, some were nt responded to. It was really a trying time for us as leaders being sent to reactivate a chapter. We cried nights upon nights praying to God for access. It affected and delayed a lot of us...But the Lord is too faithful to fail. We did not back down. As the president, I always encouraged my leaders that this will be over soon. We were still positive and focused at the work that was assigned to us. Without a venue we started  School Outreaches and opened over eight schools in that community. Without a venue we were so focused and enthusiastic with street outreaches for six months. We even started Family and Home visitations and Family prayers and God who is the chief builder was too faithful. On a faithful  day in the midst of our street evangelism the Lord directed us to a Church, (Church of God Mission) and so we prayed and visited the Church immediately. The next day, surprisingly to us, the Branch Pastor of the Church was a FECAite a very long time ago. He said he was also invited to preach in one of the Regional Meetings a very long time ago. He was also happy to receive us and immediately he gave us the Children's department to use for our meetings (it was a small zinc structured house). There we utilized i for just prayers, whilst he talks to his Church workers about our matter and now with the help of the Lord, we now have access to the main Church, where we now have our meetings...Join us and thank the Lord..."

That was the message from the president of Ogunu Chapter. But it is worth noting that all of these events unfolded after Delta Zonal MTD meeting. It was in that event that the National Outreach Coordinator called and prayed for all the executives in the chapter.
