Do not even for once think that your requests and petitions are not been heard. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you think this so. 

There's always awareness of a being greater than us. Of a huge presence watching over the universe. With this awareness comes a certainty that we are not alone. That there is someone or something bigger than us who can take care of us and hear our cries in times of need .

     To the christian folks, that presence is God.

He is the omnipresent.

The omnipotent.

The omniscient.

     He can never fail even if he wants to. This is because it's being written and stamped that he will never leave nor forsake us.That he will always hear us and do everything he can to help us. 

   So, when you pray as a believer, it has to be a prayer of faith. Remember, faith moves mountains like no others.

If we can come to the awareness that there's someone out there who answers our every whims, then I'm sure praying won't be a task to us.

     Many people pray once or twice and when there is still no answer, they easily give up

This shouldn't be so. Considering our Earthly parents, sometimes it's not our every request they grant .

How much more God. He has to go through your request in details and then see the how, the why and every other thing in between before answering.

   Most times he doesn't answer because it isn't the right time. Timing is super important to God.

There are some requests God will grant a baby christian that will make him so puffed up that he forgets God and leans on his achievements forgetting that God was the one who made him and can unmake him.

    Other times, it's because he knows what you are asking for isn't good for you.

    Other times, he is telling you that he has bigger and better plans for you.

     I'm essence God answers in three ways;

He says NO outrightly.

He says YES. 

He says WAIT. 

    When he says NO , it means he has gone through the pros and cons and he has discovered that answering that request will do the both of you no good. It will only serve to make things worse.

    Saying YES means he is in alignment with you.

   Saying WAIT means he is preparing something better and bigger for you. This is when patience comes in and plays a huge role.

     All in all, God is saying you should keep on praying. Don't give up after just one trial or at most five trials. Many have waited longer and at the end were crowned with the crown of glory.

Do not make God regret creating you . To do this, you need to learn patience in God, Faith in his abilities and complete trust in who he is.
